London analysts: within ten years, consumption may doube in Central Europe
Household consumption is becoming a more and more important driving force in the growth of the Central European EU economies.
On the basis of the current trends, the consumer market of the region over the next decade may grow to more than double – the comprehensive study of London financial analysts predicts.
The economists of the Capital Economics forecasted an annual consumption growth rate of 2.5-3.5 percent for the next few years, while for the latter period a 3-4 percent growth. (Kertész Róbert, MTI)
