London and New York in the lead, Budapest is the 74th in the ranking of business centers
London and New York remain the most competitive business centers of the world. The score of Budapest has improved, but its ranking became worse, due to the improvement of the Asian centers.
According to the survey 1000 points can be obtained on the basis of different competitiveness criterias – such as the quality of the roads, the office rental fees, the airport service levels, or the tax burden. First placed London achieved 790, second placed New York, reached 774 points. The points of Budapest improved by 119 points to 425, but the Hungarian capital, slid back 12 places to 74th, because of the improvement of the Asian-Pacific business centers – reports piacesprofit.hu.
