Loyal employees

When going to a McDonald’s one always feels that all employees are student-aged, who are replaced by younger staff in a year or two. However, through its loyalty programme the company recently rewarded its most loyal employees with HUF 12 million: 70 percent of them work in company-owned restaurants and 30 percent at franchise partners. In Kecskemét, there are 10 employees who have been with McDonald’s for 10, 15 or 20 years. 60 percent of the 93 rewarded employees are now heads of restaurant.
