Plaza Centers purchases in Lodz

Plaza Centers is planning to build a 45 thousand square meter shopping and entertainment center in Lodz. According to the Chief Executive Officer of Plaza Centers; Poland can be the fastest growing economy of the European Union.

Plaza Centers wants to invest about 85 million euros in the new project. In the shopping and entertainment center, 120 stores, cinemas, and parking lots will be established. This will be the project developer’s 2nd investment in Lodz and the 14th investment in Poland – reports napi.hu after PropertyEU.
