Lidl: new campaign with a new partner
Lidl chose its new strategic communications partner, instead of the usual tendering model via chemistry meetings. After the meetings, Lidl found the Carbon Group as the most suitable to plan and carry out its new 2012 image communications campaign.
Consumer research has shown that Lidl must clearly show that more and more Hungarian products can be found among the range of its products (mainly private labeled and not as brands product). So this year's new communication campaign will be based around this central idea.
The essence of this idea is materialized in the “We keep the Values” campaign slogan. During the campaign, the consumers can follow the path of four key product categories – meat, fruit, wine and bakery products, from production to purchase.
