Lidl and Spar are currently the favorites of Hungarian customers, they are followed by Tesco and Penny Market, while the other store chains are less popular – according to a recent poll conducted by Pulzus Kutató for Napi.hu. When asked which retail chain store they spend the most recently on, 20 percent of respondents said Lidl stores, 19 percent Spart, 14 percent Penny Market, and 13 percent Tesco. The other chain stores performed below 10 percent in the survey.
