Lidl Hungary won the TOP Employer award again this year
Lidl Hungary can once again boast the “Top Employer” certification in 2026, which confirms the company’s employee-centric operation and continuously improved HR practices. The international recognition is a feedback that Lidl is consciously building its employer strategy with a long-term plan. The company has also been awarded the prestigious Enterprise Seal certificate, which recognizes excellent human resource management in more than 30 countries.
The internationally recognized Top Employers Institute selects the world’s best employers every year. Lidl Hungary once again won the “Top Employer” certificate in 2026, thus strengthening its place among the best employers in our country. Lidl has also obtained the prestigious Enterprise Seal certification, which confirms the consistently high level of exemplary HR management and quality processes internationally, in more than 30 countries.
