The name of the Shopline-webstore to be changed to Libri-Shopline Nyrt.

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Shopline-webáruház Nyrt., the shareholders elected the new board of directors and the members of the company 's Supervisory Board.

The shareholders also changed the company’s name to Libri-Shopline Nyrt., which is a reference to the previously announced merger with th e Libri Könyvkereskedelmi Kft.
The newly formed Board of Directors adopted elements of the new corporate identity of the group as well. Chairman of the Board of the Libri-Shopline Nyrt. became Dr. Spéder Zoltán.
