P&G to separate its coffee business
The coffee unit had sales of about $1.6 billion and operating income of about $ 350 million in fiscal 2007.
Procter&Gamble Co. is planning to
split off its Folgers coffee business into a free-standing company,
the move follows months of speculation that Folgers would either be
sold or spun off.
