Staff reduction and overtime in retail trade
The number of retail workers further decreased in May, although the rate of decline is far less than in April, which was the first full month after the Sunday store closure was introduced – portfolio.hu wrote.
However, the number of overtime hours increased significantly again: in May this year, retail workers worked 70 thousand hours of overtime more than in the same period of last year. Overall, the number of employees in trade decreased by 3000 people since February, while the number of retail trade workers fell by 2,600. (portfolio.hu)
