Manpower expansion with higher payments and fringe benefits
According to the survey of K&H; In the next year, one-fourth of the the domestic micro, small and medium-sized enterprises plans to increase staffing levels.
The research shows that 24% of respondents planning to recruiting qualified staff in the forthoming year. In addition, 63% said that they do not plan any staff cuts or increase, and only 8% of businesses plans cutbacks. Positive results occured in the field of wage growth, since 31% of businesses believe that the workers' wages will increase within the sector – reports privatbankar.hu.
