The foundation stone of the Etele plaza was laid in Budapest
The foundation stone of the Etele Plaza, worth 300 million euros (nearly 100 billion forints), was laid in Budapest – the Futureal Group told MTI in a statement.

The announcement quoted Tatár Tibor, CEO of Futureal, who told at the event that negotiations were proceeding well with the prospective tenants of Etele Plaza, 60 percent of the total area is already leased.
The Etele Plaza, with its 55,000 square meters of rentable space, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Etele Square, the hub of the country’s largest multimodal junction – the Kelenföld railway station, the Metro 4 and the metropolitan intersection of the M1-M7 motorways. (MTI)
