Y generation to outnumber X soon
A huge change to come in the labor market within a couple of years: the X-generation workers currently represent the largest proportion on the labor market, but after 2025, their number will be smaller than the Y generation.
Companies therefore have to face with the habits and expectations of the much less loyal labor farce than usual, not only because of recruitment and retention, but also due to the effective collaboration of several generations – was said at the K & H family business club.
