Futureal builds a mall in Poland

The Futureal Group and the Irish Caelum Development Group signed an agreement over the Gorzów Wielkopolski Nova Park project. 62 percent of the shopping center that will be opened in the first quarter of 2012 is already occupied by the tenants.

The jointly-developed shopping center is scheduled to be handed over in the first quarter of 2012, in Gorzów Wielkopolskie, which is one of the fastest growing regions of Poland, about 70 km from the German border. The total investment exceeds 70 million euros – reports Világgazdaság Online.
