The Polish retail index is flying high
According to a quick estimate by Eurostat, retail sales augmented in January 2011: by 1.9 percent in the EU-27 and by 0.7 percent in the eurozone, compared to the same period a year earlier. The biggest growth was measured in Poland (13.1 percent) and the biggest drop was registered in Malta (9.7 percent)
