Orkla sells its Polish skin care business
Orkla Care Poland has signed an agreement to sell the company’s skin care business in Poland to Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne Sp. z o. o. Spółka Komandytowa. Orkla said the decision was made to streamline its portfolio and concentrate all Polish operations on health, wound care, cleaning products and personal care product categories.
