The Szállás.hu bought its Polish competitor
The Szállás.hu purchased one of the oldest players in the online accommodation market in Poland, the Spanie.pl group. The merger of the two companies will take place until this September.
Sziebig Péter, the leader of the representation of Szállás.hu in Poland told MTI on Wednesday that after the integration, the Polish site that has about five million visitors a year will operate under the name Nocleg.pl (Szállás.pl), which is currently the trademark of the Hungarian online accommodation agency Poland.
The acquisition of Spanie.pl was financed from equity by the company, the value of the transaction is a business secret – he added. (MTI)
