A Polish logistics service provider is the newest tenant of the award-winning Maglód hall
Rohlig SUUS Logistics, the largest Polish logistics service provider, will open its first Hungarian warehouse of nearly 7,000 square meters in the middle of summer in the significant logistics park around the airport. HelloParks Maglód’s 45,000 square meter MG3 facility supports tenants’ operations with flexible green solutions, efficient and economical building management and market-leading technical solutions.
Rohlig SUUS Logistics, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading logistics service providers, is the newest tenant of HelloParks Maglód MG3 building. Pursuant to the long-term lease agreement concluded with an industrial real estate developer with a Hungarian background, the company specializing in integrated logistics solutions will lease 7,000 square meters of space as the new site of its Hungarian operations. The multi-functional logistics center, which includes a warehouse with 3,000 pallet spaces and a loading terminal, will be a strategically important arena for the company’s constantly growing domestic partner network. SUUS’ services in the region extend beyond warehousing to include full-truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) road, rail, ocean and air freight, as well as project cargo. The company also places great emphasis on the development of customs services.
