The Irish milk producers retained impetus
Germany has the most dairy cows, but the dairy-farms of the Irish are the most crisis resistant. They survived both the Russian embargo and the milk quotient with unbroken impetus – agrektorektor.hu wrote.
Europe’s largest cattle farms are located in coastal and mountainous areas, ie where the climate favors the production of fiber and cereals. For the years of crisis, the two largest Member States – Germany and France – reacted with a gradual reduction in staff. (agrarszektor.hu)
