The tourism commissioner has resigned
Bienerth Gusztáv tourism commissioner has resigned. He announced his step at the 25th Tourist Season Opening Gala on Wednesday in Budapest.
Bienerth Gusztáv said that the government’s tourism transition is complete, the dynamics and the new criteria can provide that 2017 will be an exceptional year for the sector. All of the tasks undertaken were fulfilled. The government closed down a defining era. From 1 January the entire structure of the Hungarian Agency for Tourism will operate, and the government created an effective tourism management. (MTI)
