The CEO of H&M AB has resigned
The CEO of H&M AB has resigned unexpectedly as part of the renewal of full board membership – origo wrote after Marketwatch.
Karl-Johan Persson has been managing the company, founded by his grandfather for more than 10 years, with no sign of departure. However, the decision will certainly have to do with the fact that his father, Stefan Persson, has resigned as chairman of the company and is immediately replaced by his son, the resigning CEO.
