The president of the National Council of Wine Communities has resigned
Tornai Tamás, the president of the National Council of Wine Communities (HNT) resigned on Monday.
Market management measures were applied for the first time under his chairmanship. Due to the measures, a significant decline occured in imports, while exports expanded at a rapid pace. In addition, the HNT formed a good relationship with the Ministry of Agriculture.
Tornai Tamás told MTI that the main reason of his resignation is that his vision on the industry's future and his management style was a burden for the board members. (MTI)
