A jam cooking plant began to operate in Szomor
The Barack-Virág Kft. has launched its marmalade factory in Szomor, Komárom-Esztergom county. The low temperature cooking preserves the vitamin content and flavor-component of the fruits – Kosztka Ernő executive Informed MTI.
Kosztka Ernő told that thecompany in addition to its landscape design and construction activities, produce fruits on 15 hectares. To built the 30 million HUF jam cooking plant, the company won 20 million HUF on the Leader tender. The prepared raw materials are cooked on 50 degrees in a 300 liters vacuum cauldron cooked and thermally treated. None of the products contain preservatives. (MTI)
