LEI index: recession can end in the United States
The composite index of U.S. economic indicators (leading indicators), increased by 0.7 percent in June, which is higher than the expected 0.5 percent.
It is the third consecutive month, that the index was more positive, which indicates that the U.S. economy can improve during the following half year. A similar improvement was recorded in 2004 the last time.
In June 7 partly index increased from the 10 tested. Consumer expectations also had a positive development in June – reports TőzsdeFórum online.
