Tender for Balázs Mester Award is open

The Balazs Mester Foundation award since four years those specialists of the catering industry who preserve the traditions. Prize can get privat persons, and organisations alco.

Until 31. December must people send
their recommanditation with explanation for Istvan Maroti at the
Petofi Literature Museum. The prize makes memory for Balazs
Draveczky, who was the director of Hungarian Retail and Catering
Museum, and a famous speicalist of catering industry.

The award gala takes turn on 3th
February 2009 in the Károlyi Restaurant.
