Preservative sales dropped the least
Sales of home preserving supplies were moving between HUF 1.5 billion and 2 billion in the last two cumulative years. In the February 2015-January 2016 period value sales fell 12 percent and volume sales plunged 14 percent. Jam fixes were responsible for 68 percent of sales. Sales decreased in all segments – the biggest drop was the minus 15 percent performance of preserving sugar; with their minus 5 percent preservative sales reduced the least.
