Employees use AI primarily to search for information
Recent research by GKI has found: although AI use at the workplace is becoming increasingly widespread in Hungary, there are still limitations.

Only one in ten regular users receives help from AI with spreadsheet management and data analysis

36% of the population uses AI at least moderately frequently in their work, 42% use the technology most often for information retrieval and 58% for research. 61% of students use AI regularly, especially for text creation (65%). Men are twice as likely to use AI to solve technical tasks, while women use the technology more often for almost all other purposes.
