Unauthorised wells can be legalised

NAK has called attention to the fact that wells constructed without permission can now be legalised, thanks to the latest modification of the law. Wells dug illegally before 4 June 2016 can be legalised until the end of 2018 – all well owners need to do is to start the necessary procedure with the water management authorities. The owners of illegal wells won’t be fined by the authorities.
