Illegal wells may become legal
A legislative change appeared recently that will legalize the illegally created wells.
The legislative change was initiated by the National Agricultural Chamber and will allow the owners of the wells that became legal to take part in EU competitions as well.
The wells illegally created before 4 June 2016 can be approved by the relevant water authorities by the end of 2018 without any penalty.
