Lecsó was cooked at the Catering Cook Competition

The Catering Cook Competition was held on 6 February within the Sirha the most prestigious food and hospitality trade show.

The competition was won by the Hungast Pécs from twelve starting teams and also received the prize for Metro’s most inspiring menu. Before cooking, the chefs picked fresh ingredients from Metro’s evacuated vegetable market.
