Visual pálinka distillery was built in Sióagárd-Leányvár
The guests can learn all moments of pálinka manufacturing by walking down across the visitor’s corridor at the new pálinka distillery of the Savanya family, built with EU support in Leányvár, Tolna County – Savanya Csaba commercial director informed MTI on Thursday.
The visitor’s corridor is guiding the guests across the 4 rooms of the 430-square-meter, two-storey building. In the first room one can learn about the processing of the fruit, in the second about fermentation, distillation in the third and the aging process in the fourth – Savanya Csaba told. In the building a tasting room for 40-50 person and a pálinka shop can also be found. (MTI)
