Slow growth in Swiss exports of watches
Switzerland’s watch exports slowed significantly in October, year-on-year, partly due to its nearly one-third drop in sales in one of its main markets, Hong Kong.
According to data from the Swiss watchmaking association’s website, October exports reached 2 billion 25 million francs, 1.5 percent higher than a year before.
In September, growth was significantly higher; 10.2 percent. (MTI)
