Growth in the euro area private sector slowed in July
Growth in the private sector in the euro area slowed in July, according to the Purchasing Manager Indexes.
IHS Markit, a London-based financial and economic data provider announced on Wednesday that its preliminary Purchasing Manager Index (BMI) for manufacturing and services data has fallen to a three-month low of 51.2 points from the previous month’s 52.2 points. Analysts expected a minimal deterioration of 52.1 points. (MTI)
