The growth of the manufacturing industry slowed in December
In December, the seasonally adjusted value of the Purchasing Managers Index (BMI), became 52.9, which is 1.9 percentage points lower than the data of November – announced the Hungarian Logistics, Purchasing and Materials Management Association (MLBKT) on Monday.
The value of the index increased by 3.4 percentage points in November, reaching 54.9.
The employment index (54.4) after nine months of steady expansion r showed a decline in September, but reversed its direction in October. In December a 1.9 percentage points decline occurred – reports ProfitLine.hu.
