The decline of cereals is slowing down
Grain is still dominant in Hungary’s production structure – Világgazdaság Online wrote on the basis of the publication of the main crop area of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office. The sowing area of wheat increased after a long time this year, but the decline in the land use of the economic organizations has stopped.
According to the data from June 1, nearly 79 percent of Hungary’s territory was occupied by a production area of 7 million 356 thousand hectares – according to the KSH publication, which presents this year’s major sown areas. (vg.hu)
