According to the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih), even though single-use plastics are banned in hospitality units as of 1 July 2021, the authorities can still find these in bars and restaurants, as the ones purchased before 1 July are still allowed to be used. The inspectors have concluded that the use of single-use plastics hardly dropped in the case of takeway food.
