Slow way out of the crisis
The recovery from the crisis, its speed and durability – especially the most important to us in the EU – is uncertain and a fragile process – states GKI.
In March 2010, the Hungarian consumer expectations are slightly higher, the business expectations are close to the level of the last pre-crisis month, the September of 2008. The improvement, however is slower than the decay was. The Hungarian economy will be around stagnation state in 2010, recovering or a modest growth is expected only in the second half of the year. The external balance develops in a very positive way. Although the trade surplus is reducing, but it is the sign of recession softening.
