The frozen vegetable and fruit consumption is growing slowly
Hungarians consume 4-5 kilograms of frozen vegetables and fruits a year per capita. The consumption is growing slowly.
According to the survey the cooking habits affected by convenience are favorable to the market for frozen products, two-thirds of the respondents regularly buy these products.
The study carried out by researchers of the Corvinus University was made by surveying 1000 people. The findings of the survey were sent by FEVITA Hungary Zrt. to MTI. (MTI)
