The interest towards the invoice lottery decreased in Slovakia
After the initial high level of interest last year, the interest towards the invoice lottery dropped significantly in Slovakia invoice lottery in 2013, and the new gambling did not live up to expectations – the Hospodárské Noviny (HN) Slovak economic and public life daily wrote on Tuesday.
The new gambling was introduced by the Slovak government in order to increase the tax revenues. They hoped that in the new gambling, no amount had to be paid, but can attended by using invoices, and increased demand for invoices will contribute to a reduction in tax avoidance. (Starovic Tibor, MTI)
