The Cut&Barrel bistro has opened in the heart of Óbuda with special Latin American dishes
Cut&Barrel Salumeria and Vineria, Buda’s newest bistro restaurant, opened in the heart of Óbuda, in the imposing, industrial building of the old Gordberger textile factory!
In our bistro restaurant, we want to introduce our guests to contact-cousin dishes that combine the basics of Basque and Latin American culture, where we have created a unique selection that harmoniously complements each other by connecting the two cultures.
Latin-Cousine always complements an important event, be it a wedding, family gathering or just an evening of light entertainment: our food always serves to create connections. This is the basis of Basque cuisine. It is no coincidence that Basque gastronomy has become one of the most atmospheric culinary arts in Europe today.
André Bicalho, a chef with Brazilian-Portuguese roots who has visited many restaurants around the world, is the corporate chef of Cut&Barrel bistro, which represents Argentinian-Basque contact cuisine.
