LG develops specialized digital displays for various corporate sectors
LG Electronics (LG) showcased its latest digital display innovations at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) trade fair in Barcelona from February 4 to 7. LG’s booth, themed “Customized Solutions, Optimized Growth,” showcased displays for retail, enterprise, education, transportation and hospitality in sector-specific zones. The display solutions on display featured the company’s cutting-edge technologies, developed to meet the unique needs of various commercial sectors and focused on the customer experience.
Visual and spatial experience at the same time: Moving LED displays with artificial intelligence
Visitors to the ISE exhibition were immediately captivated by LG’s gigantic, “shape-shifting” Kinetic LED displays. The moving LED installation at the entrance to the company’s exhibition booth impressed and entertained visitors with cutting-edge AI technology. The stunning screen, made up of 88 interconnected LED panels, was more than 7 meters wide and 4 meters high, creating a dazzling effect. The cube-shaped modules, which were a combination of displays and mirrors, rotated horizontally 360 degrees, giving the unique LED installation a dynamic effect.
Visitors to the LG booth also had the opportunity to experience an artificial intelligence-driven “image transformation” experience at the Kinetic LED installation. After taking a photo with their smartphone and uploading it by scanning a given QR code, LG’s generative AI technology transformed it into a spectacular Pop Art-style image. The resulting creation appeared on the Kinetic LED display, allowing visitors to contribute their own content to the spectacular installation. This interactive and entertaining feature was developed by LG and Kinetic’s technology partner, Easywith, to offer a unique and interactive advertising solution that directly engages the audience.
