The food industry development of the students of Sapientia Transylvanian Hungarian University won at the Ecotrophilia
The winner of the challenge became the Sapientia Transylvanian Hungarian University, so they can represent our country at the international round of Ecotrophelia Europe between 21-22 October 2018 in Paris.
Winners:
1st – SapBakers Team – Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania, Csíkszereda
“BrewBun” roll specialty with high fiber and protein content.
2nd – MÉKerek team – Széchenyi István University, Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Department of Food Science, Mosonmagyaróvár
“CandyFitt” sugar with high caffeine and high antioxidant content, which can be consumed by diabetics as well.
3rd – Green Ideas team – Szent István University, Budapest
