KSH: export surplus increased further in November
The value of export in November 2013 was 7.424 billion euros (2,205 billion HUF), while the value of import was 6.599 billion euros (1,959 billion HUF), while the foreign trade surplus was 825 million euros (246 billion HUF), exceeding the previously expected 804 million euros – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) published.
In the first eleven months of 2013, the exports amounted to 75.987 billion euros (22,525 billion HUF), while the value of imports was 69.005 billion euros (20,445 billion HUF). The trade balance surplus was 6.982 billion euros (2,081 billion HUF), which was 467 million euros (199 billion HUF) more than the level of the same period of the previous year. (MTI)
