KSH: the number of employed continued to increase
The average number of employees increased to 4 million 251 thousand in the June-August period. It is 27 thousand more than in the previous three-month period and 134 thousand more, compared to the previous year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Tuesday.
The 134 thousand more employees is equivalent to a 3.2 percent growth rate. 60 thousand of the employees found jobs on the primary labor market, which represents a 1.5 percent increase, the number of those declaring themselves as public workers is 61 thousand, 36.9 percent more than before. The number of those who work at foreign sites increased by 12.9 percent to 113 thousand – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) reveals..
