KSH: employment indicators continued to improveme
In September-November 2015, the number of employees increased by an average of 118 thousand to 4 million 273 thousand. Compared to the previous year, it is a 2.8 percent increase – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) announced.
The employment rate for the 15-64 year olds increased by 0.1 percentage points to 65.0 percent compared to the previous month, which is 2.2 percent more, compared to a year before. The rate of improvement included that the population of the age group decreased by 53 thousand, by 0.8 percent year over year. (MTI)
