KSH: the rise in earnings accelerated in September
The increase of the average monthly gross and net earnings accelerated to 2.4 percent in September, compared to the previous year, and from the 2.2 percent of August. Without the public workers the annual growth rate rose to 4.4 percent from the 3.9 percent of the previous month from – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Friday.
In the first nine months of the year average earnings increased by 2.9 percent, compared to the previous year among businesses with at least five employees, among the budgetary institutions and among the observed non-profit organizations. During this period, the gross salary of the average full-time employees was 234,000 HUF. (MTI)
