KSH: more foreign visitors arrived to Hungary than a year ago

According to the communication of the Central Statistics Office (KSH), in the third quarter of the year, 15.5 million foreign visitors arrived in Hungary, 4.5 percent more than in the same period of the last year .

The number of tourism trips grew by 24 percent, while the number of visits for tourism purposes fell by 4.7 percent. Most tourists arrived from Germany, Romania, Slovakia and Austria.
