KSH: exports rose in September
The volume of export and import continued to increase in September. Export increased by 8.6, while import by 2.2 percent compared to the same period of the last year – announced the Central Statistics Office (KSH) on Friday.
The export value of the first nine-month became 16,181 billion HUF (59.6 billion euros) while imports value became 14,697 billion HUF (54.17 billion euros), exceeding last year's export volume by 11.7 and import volume by 8.5 percent.
The surplus of trade balance between January and September was 1483 billion HUF (5.451 billion euros), 400 billion HUF (1.516 billion euros) more than in the same period of 2010 – reports MTI.
