KSH: growth in retail sales accelerated in September
The volume of retail sales increased by 5.1 percent in September, compared to the same period of last year, according to both the raw and calendar effect adjusted data – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced its second estimate on Thursday.
The data is the same as the first estimate published on 7 November.
In food retail stores turnover increased by 4.0 percent after the 2.8 percent of the previous month. Turnover increased by 7.7 percent fuel retailing, compared to the 7.5 percent in August. (MTI)
