KSH: Tourism grew by 5.4 percent in September
In September, the number of nights spent by foreign guests was 7.3 percent higher, while domestic guests nights were 3.0 percent higher than in the previous year, and the total turnover grew by 5.4 percent.
Total gross sales of commercial accommodations at current prices increased by 14.8 percent to almost 44.5 billion forints. The prices of hotel rooms were 10.2 percent higher at the national level, while in Budapest were 14 percent higher than a year before, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Friday. (MTI)
